1. About Us
We are Easy Green Energy Ltd (“we”, “our”, “us”), a renewable energy installation company.

2. Our Services
We supply and install renewable energy products including solar PV, battery storage, air source
heat pumps, boilers, insulation, and EV charge points.

3. Quotations & Orders
• All quotes are valid for 30 days unless otherwise stated.
• An order is confirmed once a deposit/payment is received.

4. Payment Terms
• Deposit required at order confirmation.
• Balance payable on agreed dates (staged payments for larger installs).
• Late payments may incur interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

5. Cancellation & Cooling-Off
• Domestic customers have the right to cancel within 14 days of signing (Consumer Contracts Regs
2013).
• If installation work begins within this period at your request, charges may apply.

6. Warranties & Guarantees
• Manufacturer warranties apply to products installed.
• We provide a workmanship warranty of [X years].
• Insurance-backed guarantees provided where required (MCS/TrustMark).

7. Liability
• We are not liable for delays outside our control (e.g. supply chain issues, weather).
• Our liability is limited to the cost of the contracted works, except in cases of death or injury caused
by negligence.

9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
